Hours:  2nd shift, 10:30am – 7pm (working 4-10-hour shifts available)
Essential functions

  • Provide general services for vehicle maintenance and repair, such as oil changes, tire rotation and replacement, etc for semi fleet
  • Assist fellow teammates in performing technical activities
  • Minimize driver complaints through the provision of thorough yet time-effective repair services
  • Ensure that shop equipment is maintained in top working condition, and adheres to shop safety and environmental practices
  • Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
  • Operate equipment and vehicles safely and responsibly
  • Maintain strong communication between store teammates and all support departments
  • Be familiar with, adhere to, and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Adhere to legal guidelines, including such things as OSHA requirements
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience performing maintenance on light and heavy duty equipment
  • Previous tire experience preferred
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license, CDL preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Works well independently and with others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Time Management skills

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Required education and experience
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license required, CDL preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Positive attitude
  • Previous tire experience
  • Previous experience performing maintenance on light and heavy-duty equipment
